The River House is featuring two of our fish. Harley, chef/owner cooking up the Escolar and using the grill grade Ahi. I love chefs who use and want to know where their fish comes from.
I can’t wait to go and taste the fish dishes.

The farmers markets are in full swing.weds in Bend has been a new venture for us. everybody is happy to see us there. I will take pictures.
Newport is going strong. a cold rainy start but we live on the coast.
Wed market in north Portland at overlook park is a very nice setting.
Toledo wed market just started last week and there was a good turn out.
come and visit us.

Nana’s Irish Pub in Newport, OR is cooking our ahi tuna for the tuna sandwiches. You can also have the tuna on a nice salad. Nana poaches a Ahi loin in wine with herbs then uses it for these dishes. It’s wonderful! A recipe for this will come soon.
