Adam’s Place, a great restaurant downtown Eugene, Has our Pomfret/monchong. It has been on their menu for the past few months and it is selling like crazy-I can’t wait to go and try it!

We take pride in providing succulent yellowfin and bigeye tuna (known in the islands as ahi), swordfish, mahimahi, wahoo (ono), moonfish (opah), hebi (spearfish), marlin, pomfret (monchong), escolar, and mako shark. It’s so fresh when we process it that we don’t need to use any preservatives to mask the quality – try it for yourself.
