Island Wild Seafoods
Great fish is hard to find.
We take pride in providing succulent yellowfin and bigeye tuna (known in the islands as ahi), swordfish, mahimahi, wahoo (ono), moonfish (opah), hebi (spearfish), marlin, pomfret (monchong), escolar, and mako shark. It’s so fresh when we process it that we don’t need to use any preservatives to mask the quality – try it for yourself.
Canned Wahoo

Ono is a Hawaiian word meaning “good to eat.” The fastest swimmer in the
ocean, ono yields a pale flaky flesh, sweet and mild, very delicate in
texture. Use as you would canned ahi -- in dips, on sandwiches, over pasta, or in casseroles.
