Great fish is hard to find.
We take pride in providing succulent yellowfin and bigeye tuna (known in the islands as ahi), swordfish, mahimahi, wahoo (ono), moonfish (opah), hebi (spearfish), marlin, pomfret (monchong), escolar, and mako shark. It’s so fresh when we process it that we don’t need to use any preservatives to mask the quality – try it for yourself.
Pacific Swordfish

Extra-firm meaty texture. White meat has a mild flavor – ideal for marinades, great to grill, broil or bake. Higher in omega-3 oils than any other open ocean fish except wild salmon.
