Great fish is hard to find.
We take pride in providing succulent yellowfin and bigeye tuna (known in the islands as ahi), swordfish, mahimahi, wahoo (ono), moonfish (opah), hebi (spearfish), marlin, pomfret (monchong), escolar, and mako shark. It’s so fresh when we process it that we don’t need to use any preservatives to mask the quality – try it for yourself.
Grill Grade Ahi Tuna

Superb flavor. So fresh you can eat it seared rare – atop your favorite salad, in tuna niçoise, as kabobs, or in fish tacos. This grade is NOT intended for use as sushi, but as the name implies, it’s great for grilling.
A great source of omega-3 fatty acids and vitamins A, B6, and B12.
