Island Wild Seafoods
Great fish is hard to find.
We take pride in providing succulent yellowfin and bigeye tuna (known in the islands as ahi), swordfish, mahimahi, wahoo (ono), moonfish (opah), hebi (spearfish), marlin, pomfret (monchong), escolar, and mako shark. It’s so fresh when we process it that we don’t need to use any preservatives to mask the quality – try it for yourself.
Hawaiian Monchong (Pomfret)

Clear white, tender flesh is rich and mild, almost sweet in flavor. This is my favorite fish, great for barbecues, poached, sautéed, and baked. Also known as “Pomfret,” monchong is called the “Utopia Fish” by Japanese longline fishermen.
6- to 8-oz. steaks. Prices are shown per pound.
