Island Wild Seafoods
Great fish is hard to find.
We take pride in providing succulent yellowfin and bigeye tuna (known in the islands as ahi), swordfish, mahimahi, wahoo (ono), moonfish (opah), hebi (spearfish), marlin, pomfret (monchong), escolar, and mako shark. It’s so fresh when we process it that we don’t need to use any preservatives to mask the quality – try it for yourself.
Hawaiian Opah (Moonfish)

Also known as the “good luck” moonfish, this is one of the most colorful fish, with a silver body and rose-red fins. Rich and fatty, tender, white flesh. Mild flavor, a little sweet. Poach, bake or sauté.
6- to 8-oz. steaks. Prices are shown per pound.
