Great fish is hard to find.
We take pride in providing succulent yellowfin and bigeye tuna (known in the islands as ahi), swordfish, mahimahi, wahoo (ono), moonfish (opah), hebi (spearfish), marlin, pomfret (monchong), escolar, and mako shark. It’s so fresh when we process it that we don’t need to use any preservatives to mask the quality – try it for yourself.
Hebi (Shortbill Spearfish)

Mild but flavorful flesh, not as fatty as tuna. Like mahi mahi in texture, firm enough to grill, great for sautées and soups.
