Great fish is hard to find.
We take pride in providing succulent yellowfin and bigeye tuna (known in the islands as ahi), swordfish, mahimahi, wahoo (ono), moonfish (opah), hebi (spearfish), marlin, pomfret (monchong), escolar, and mako shark. It’s so fresh when we process it that we don’t need to use any preservatives to mask the quality – try it for yourself.
Mako Shark

Similar to swordfish, mako has a sweet, mild flavor and a firm texture, making it a good choice for the grill, sauté pan, or broiler.
