We take pride in providing succulent yellowfin and bigeye tuna (known in the islands as ahi), swordfish, mahimahi, wahoo (ono), moonfish (opah), hebi (spearfish), marlin, pomfret (monchong), escolar, and mako shark. It’s so fresh when we process it that we don’t need to use any preservatives to mask the quality – try it for yourself.
Smoked Ahi Tuna

Our grill-grade ahi tuna is locally smoked, using a Hawaiian-style brine which contains no preservatives. An all-natural treat for spreads, with crackers and tapenade, or atop a salad.
